Villas de la Marina are a group of just 8 linked, very high quality houses, each with their own heated private pool, air conditioning and all modern conveniences, less than 5 minutes walk from the fabulous Puerto Rubicon marina, with its shops bars and restaurants, whilst the beach and centre of Playa Blanca are approx. 1.5km away. The villas are ideal for couples or families looking for a villa where you don't need to use a car all the time, as all amenities are within easy walk. Each house is set in extensive private grounds bordered by high walls and with its own private pool (heated in winter) and BBQ. Equipped and furnished to a high standard with many individual and stylish touches, they offer superior standards in an unbeatable location.

Two storeys. Private parking area leads via a gate to the pool, BBQ and sun terraces, and then via a shaded terrace and patio doors into a lounge/dining room with satellite TV and DVD player. Fitted kitchen with hob/oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Downstairs cloakroom/WC. Upstairs are one twin and one double bedroom, each with ensuite jacuzzi bath or shower and WC, and a large balcony with side sea views.

Lounge and both bedrooms have air conditioning and heating at no extra charge.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
