17th century stone terraced village house on cobbled lane in the heart of the old hilltop part of Vaison, with wonderful far reaching views across the town to hills beyond. Surprisingly large terraced garden with private pool 8.5 x 4.5 x 1-2.2m depth with security cover and gate. Pool heating available at extra cost - approx 60€ per week payable locally. Pool house with WC and outside shower. Delightful east facing terrace just off the dining room suitable for al fresco meals. BBQ. Parking for 3 cars.

Very comfortably furnished and equipped with many character features, beamed ceiling and old flagstone floors. Entry into hallway with WC. Well equipped tiled kitchen with microwave and dishwasher plus adjoining cellar with second fridge. Split level dining/sitting room with huge open fireplace, sofa and armchairs. Wi-Fi (clients must bring own lap top), TV/CD and DVD player. Study. Stairs to first floor: laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed 1: large double and adjacent bathroom/WC leading to terrace with low wall. Bed 2: 2 singles with low, unprotected windows (care needed with children) and ensuite bath/WC. Bed 3: 2 singles with 2 extra singles and 3 steps up to ensuite bathroom/WC. Bed 4: 2 singles accessed from a second staircase with rope handrail and uneven stone steps. Ensuite bathroom/WC. Cot and highchair on request.
