Very attractive Provençal stone villa set in a residential area in well-kept, enclosed landscaped gardens with olive trees, lawns and a backdrop of mountains. Sweeping steps up to the open terrace beamed dining area with built-in wood-burning BBQ. The pool 12 x 5 x 0.92–2m depth with immersion alarm and roman steps can be heated on request (payable extra per week locally) and is surrounded by flowers and bushes (can be illuminated at night). Undercover parking for 2 cars, further parking on private gravel drive.
