In the exclusive residential area of Los Mojones just 1km from the beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife of Puerto del Carmen, this superb villa offers high standards of comfort and furnishings and is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a real ‘home from home’ villa in a peaceful but very convenient situation. Villa Teanne has been beautifully furnished by its owners and offers every comfort inside, whilst the spacious sun terraces and heated (in winter) swimming pool are bordered by rosemary, lavender, fig and bay trees. The covered dining terrace has pretty wicker furniture, a BBQ and curtains for added shade! There are superb views of the mountains, and you can enjoy spectacular sunsets here.

The area is also very convenient for visiting Timanfaya National Park, the beautiful, unspoiled Papagayo beaches, Teguise golf course or exploring the island.

One storey. English style lounge with patio doors to pool, satellite TV and CD player, beautiful fitted kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and further bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Twice weekly cleaning and weekly linen change. Pool heating included Nov - Apr, £12 per day if required between May - Oct. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
