The Presa de Moura Resort lies between Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, in one of the most beautiful sections of the Algarve. Situated on the edge of Sesmarias village with a backcloth of rolling hills, this recently constructed luxury resort occupies a pretty wooded valley, which slopes down gently to the Atlantic ocean. Most of the 40 luxury townhouses and of the 33 luxury villas have a breathtaking distant sea view.

On site you can enjoy a meal in the restaurant and bar located next to the Reception at the entrance of the resort, open for lunch and dinner. There is also a hairdresser and Beauty Salon. Friendly on-site reception staff who will organize excursions, rental cars, babysitting, discounted golf and tennis, as well as Internet Access, DVD Rentals and a book and music library. Close by you have all the amenities of a mini-market, two of the Algarve's best golf courses (approx. 2.5 km) and hours of walking and hiking in unspoilt nature. The beaches and resort of Carvoeiro are just 3km away.

Villa Tropica is a classically designed and very spacious house, surrounded by a very private and beautifully maintained lawned garden and private swimming pool area (10m x 5m, depth 1m to 2m, with roman steps) bordered by spacious sun terraces. Inside, Tropica is very comfortably furnished, tastefully decorated, and well equipped, offering everything you could wish for in a superior villa holiday. All main rooms are air conditioned and the bathrooms all have under-floor heating.

Two storeys. Entrance hall leading into a spacious living room with Satellite TV, DVD and CD players, and patio doors place giving access to the dining terrace, BBQ and garden. Well equipped open kitchen with hob/oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, separate laundry area with washing machine. Dining area also leading onto a sun terrace. Two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Upstairs is a master double bedroom and a twin room, both with ensuite bathrooms, and both leading onto a big terrace with sea view and sun loungers for a sunset aperitif.

Air conditioning/heating provided at no extra charge. Cleaning provided 3 days per week, with twice weekly change of towels and weekly change of linen.
