Presa de Moura is a recently completed, small development of luxury townhouses and villas, set in luxuriant grounds around a large communal swimming pool on a wooded hillside, with magnificent views towards the sea. Just outside the small village of Sesmarias (with a small selection of shops and cafes) and 5 km from both the beaches of Carvoeiro and the town of Lagoa, it offers excellent amenities for a top quality, relaxing holiday. The nearest beach is at Ferragudo, Praia dos Caneiros, just 5 min drive away.

As well as the large pool and children’s pool bordered by sun terraces, there is also a children’s playground, a gym, steam room, Jacuzzi, mini putting green and badminton court for guests’ use. There is a reception (with internet terminal and DVD library) during the day time as well as a 24 hour security service. There is also a café and restaurant next door to reception.

The houses themselves have been furnished to the highest standards and offer excellent facilities including air conditioning in all main rooms and under floor heating in the bathrooms! As well as satellite TV, CD and DVD players, each house also has an open fireplace and a direct dial telephone phone. Ideal for families or friends looking for superior accommodation in a quiet but easily accessible location, Presa de Moura offers superb quality in idyllic surroundings.

Two Bedroom Townhouse - Sleeps 4 + 1 child. On two levels, these have a lounge/dining room with terrace, fitted kitchen with hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher at the entrance level. Downstairs are one twin and 1 double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom and a terrace leading onto the lawned gardens. An extra bed can be provided for one child under 14.

Minimum stay 3 nights, arrive anyday. Cleaning provided 6 days per week, with twice weekly change of towels and weekly change of linen.
