Spacious house with two independent studios, set within 3 hectares of private garden/parkland. Lovely views towards the hills and grassy meadows. Shady wooded parts, an orchard and even a small productive vineyard! Private pool 11 x 6 x 1.4m depth with immersion alarm, terrace with BBQ and 2 awnings. Care: low wall around terrace with 100 cm drop to grass. Please take care with children.

The house is spacious, light and open plan. Well-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher. First sitting room with wood burner, hi-fi, board games. Dining room and second sitting room, which opens onto internal courtyard. Garden room opens onto courtyard as well as out to sun terrace overlooking garden. Hall with sep WC. Courtyard has staircases up to 1st floor (no internal staircase). ‘L’Amour’ studio: 2 singles, one sliding under the other. ‘La Confiance’ studio: 2 singles. Each has a fully fitted kitchen, shower/WC and would particularly suit teenagers. Sitting area and dining area. Ground floor: Bed 1: double, marble floor, en suite bathroom with large bath/shower, WC. Bed 2: twin beds, en suite shower. Bed 3: double, en suite shower. Large garage/games room has 2 washing machines, pool table, table tennis, boules. Cot and highchair available. Free Internet access (clients must bring own lap-top). No smoking property. Anyday start, 7 night min stay.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
