A wonderfully diverse area to explore, with the walled papal city of Avignon only 28 km, the Roman towns of Nîmes 50 km, Arles 65 km, and the Ardèche river gorges for watersports and walking 50 km. Travel through the Camargue with its wonderful bird-life to sandy beaches and seafood restaurants at le Grau-du-Roi 75 min drive or Stes Maries-de-la-Mer 90 min. International airports: Nîmes 68 km/Marseille 103 km.
Pleasant modern single storey villa situated on the border of the village of Serignan du Comtat. It has a well-kept garden with lawns, trees and shrubs. Large paved area with terrace and fenced private pool 8 x 5 x 1.5m depth. Pool House. BBQ. The driveway is shared with the owners' house next door. There is a garage available for clients' use.
