Fully-fitted kitchen area with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave, separated from the living area by a worktop and units. Stairs to mezzanine, (very low ceiling and beams) Bed 1: double and double futon. From sitting area, corridor to Bed 2: 2 singles. Bed 3: bunk beds, can be separated to make 2 singles. Shower/WC. Small step from kitchen to bath/shower/WC with its impressive well (securely sealed for safety). Cot and highchair on request.
