Radicondoli is in walking distance (approx 200 mts) with a good selection of shops and restaurants and this is a good base for exploring Tuscany. Car hire is essential and Villa Rosanna has private parking.

Breakage deposit of 150€ to be lodged directly with owner and refunded on departure. Weekly cleaning service and linen change. Central heating availale and payable locally if required. Saturday changeover. Pool open 2nd May - 30th Oct.
