Las Porqueras is a charming country house that has been tastefully decorated and furnished to make a most comfortable holiday home with lots of character. Set in the pretty valley of Son March, 5 km from Pollensa, set 300m back from the Pollensa – Soller road, the property is surrounded by the picturesque foothills of the Tramontana mountains. The private kidney shaped swimming pool (8m x 5m, depth 1.2m to 2m) is surrounded by lawns and sun terraces, with wonderful views in an idyllic setting - ideal for families wanting peace, beauty and seclusion within easy driving distance of the town and beaches.

One storey. The pretty interior combines a blend of traditional period furniture with stylish modern touches. The entrance under the gorgeous front shaded terrace and porch with BBQ leads into a lounge/dining room with satellite TV/DVD. Fitted kitchen with hob/oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Rear terrace and utility room with washing machine. Two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom (one with basic TV and DVD), double bedroom with en suite full bathroom. Free safe. Fans are provided.

Twice weekly cleaning and towel, linen once. Anyday arrivals 27 Mar – 9 Jul & 28 Aug -31 Oct, Saturday changeover 10 Jul -27 Aug.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
