Discover the historical cities of Orleans and Clery with their Romanesque abbeys, basilicas and museums. For golf enthusiasts there are 3 golf courses in the near vicinity. Set in the heart of the Loire valley this is the ideal location for those seeking peace and quiet within 20 acres of walled park and gardens with a further 375 acres of woodland for walks and jogging! This recently renovated property forms part of the original stable block adjacent to the owners chateau. Facilities are shared with one other rental property of similar size but each has their own private garden areas. Shared pool with security alarm 10 x 10 x 1-2.1m depth (heated from mid May - mid Sept) is set within a circular walled garden and the tennis court is situated near the owner’s château. Small oriental lake in front of the château which clients pass on the way to the tennis courts; children will require supervision.

Spacious living room with late C19th furnishings, décor and fireplace. Dining room with direct access to the garden and small living room with satellite TV/VCR and home cinema. A fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Sep WC. The first floor is accessed via the hall to very comfortable bedrooms. Bed 1: double with ensuite bath/WC. Bed 2: 2 singles. Bed 3: 2 singles. Bathroom and sep WC. Bed 4: 2 singles. For parties over 8 and at additional cost there are 2 extra bedrooms. Bed 5: double. Bed 6: double.
