Furnished with great taste to the highest standards with electric remote control shutters on all rear windows for added shade and security, this is a luxury property with air-conditioning throughout, and a private swimming pool that is heated all year round. You cannot fail to be impressed by the views, or the nearby Adeje Town and the fishing village of La Caleta which are 1km away and have many high quality restaurants and bars.

Adeje Golf Course clubhouse is a few minutes walk away, whilst lively Playa de las Americas is just 10 min drive.

Two storeys. Luxury kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, plus a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Spacious lounge/dinig room with many original paintings, contemporary furnishings, plasma TV UK main channels, ipod base and a DVD & CD players. Patio doors lead onto the terraces and gardens with BBQ, table tennis and heated pool 7.5m x 3m, depth 1.5m. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with shower/WC. Upstairs is a further twin room with balcony and en suite shower/WC, plus the master double with full bathroom and balcony with sea views.

Lounge and all bedrooms are air conditioned/heated at no extra charge. Swimming pool is heated all year. A safe and garage space for 2 cars are provided. A midstay clean is provided on 2 week holidays. Spare towels are provided. Complimentary welcome pack. Additional beds available on request.
