These attractive villas are situated in a quiet residential area just 800m from the beach, shops and restaurants of Playa Blanca, making them an ideal choice for anyone wanting to be close to all amenities and not wishing to use their car all the time. The stylish new marina, with its trendy bars and restaurants, is about 15 min walk away. Each villa stands in its own private walled gardens with spacious terraces offering both sun and shade, with the added bonus of a good sized private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1m to 1.8m, with roman steps or ladder, pool heated in winter). There is also a BBQ.

The area is also very convenient for visiting Timanfaya National Park, the nearby unspoiled beaches of Papagayo, Teguise golf course or exploring the island.

One storey. Ground floor: spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV/DVD and patio doors opening onto the pool area, kitchen with breakfast bar, hob/oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Double bedroom with ensuite shower/WC, two twin bedrooms and full bathroom.

Twice weekly cleaning and weekly linen change. Pool heating included Nov - Apr, £12 per day if required between May - Oct. Anyday arrivals except Thursday changeover only between 22 July - 1 Sept 2010.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
