It is in pleasant grounds of around 2,000 m2. The grounds have a small wood. There is a lawn which is used as a terrace and a private 5 by 10 meter swimmingpool. The position is ideal as the sun shines over the swimmingpool and the terrace all afternoon. The interior is pleasant and wellequipped with every modern comfort. Paunat has a renovated restaurant where you can also buy bread. The small town of Le Bugue is seven kilometres away. You'll find a large supermarket and other shops there.
