This modern detached house with character is approached via a rough track about 300m long, in places quite steep and not suitable for low-slung cars. The villa is set in very large grounds, on a wooded hillside below a ruined château, with views over the valley. Lawned garden with bamboo-roofed loggia giving shade; built-in BBQ. Solar-heated secure walled pool 10 x 4 x 1.5m depth with security gate. Illuminated boules area for competitive fun after dinner! Tennis court on site but surface is not in perfect condition. Table tennis on request from keyholder.

Dining area with large table and benches, separated by breakfast bar from bright, colourful fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Bed 1: king-size. French doors to terrace. Bathroom with washing machine. Sep WC. Stairs to galleried landing above sitting room with 2 singles (can be made into bunks) and a double. Shower/WC. Bed 2: king-size, splendid view across the hills. Travel cot, highchair and babygate, all on request. Heating available at extra cost €20 per week. Limited telephone line.
