Peaceful, south-facing C18th farmhouse adjoining owners'' home with use of its 2 hectare beautiful flower and tree-filled park. Wonderful views across sweeping lawns to the Loire, and a 200m walk around the garden to the pool, 14 x 6 x 0.9-2.6m depth with security immersion alarm and diving board (not for clients use). The pool is also sometimes used by owner''s family. Swing, trapeze and table tennis in clients'' area of garden and large lawn area for games in front of owners'' house. BBQ.

Well-renovated, comfortable accommodation with lovely beamed ceilings, stone walls and some period furniture. Spacious living/dining room with comfortable sofa, chairs, TV, dining furniture. Kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, combined microwave/grill, 4 ceramic hobs. Sep WC. Bed 1: 2 singles (access via Bed 2 or from outside). Bed 2: 2 singles, can be pushed together. Bath/WC. Entrance to all 3 rooms from outside. Stairs to 1st floor, Bed 3: carpeted, wide double (can make 2 narrow singles), ensuite bath/WC. Above living room, ladder-type stairs to mezzanine with narrow single. Cot and highchair on request. Any day start (Saturday arrival in July and August), 7 night min stay.
