Built on several levels, Villa Fernando is well equipped and has air conditioning/heating at no extra charge in the bedrooms.

The sun terraces, shaded dining area with BBQ and swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.2m to 1.9m, with ladder) are reached from the lounge or kitchen, and steps lead down from the pool area to a large lawned garden overlooking woodlands. SMC012 Casa Andres is just 200m away, for two families wanting villas close to each other.

Three storeys. Split level lounge/dining room with satellite TV, CD and DVD players and patio doors leading to pool area, kitchen with microwave and washing machine. Shower/WC on this ground floor. Upstairs are a twin bedroom with balcony, a single bedroom (an extra bed can be provided for a child), and a full bathroom. On the top floor is a double bedroom with a large balcony. There is a safe.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.
