Traditional quality ‘Bastide’ style villa in a secluded wooded countryside location with easy access to footpaths. Extensive terrace outside of the house equipped with quality outdoor furniture including a teak dining table and BBQ. Steps down to lower terrace and private pool 8.5 x 4 m x 1.0 - 1.6 m with immersion alarm surrounded by attractive gardens. Boules court.

Large living/dining area with TV, DVD, fireplace and french doors to terrace. Dining area leads onto well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Small breakfast room leads off of the kitchen and has access to outside terrace. Study leads off of breakfast room with card/board games available for client’s use.
