Lovely country setting.2km to the village of Domfront for restaurant and shops. Further shops and tennis court at Conlie 4km. Swimming lake for children at Sille le Guillaume 15 km as well as plenty of walks in lovely forests close by. The world famous Loire chateau are about an hour and a half drive and Mont St Michel is worth a day trip on the Brittany coast (2 hour drive). Le Mans famous for its 24hour race is also only 20km. International airport: Tours 110 km.

Magnificent open views from this very picturesque, well presented country barn conversion. Extensive gardens with lawns and well maintained flowerbeds. An ideal retreat for those who wish to escape the rat race. Heated (on request) swimming pool with security cover 12 x 6 x 1.2-2m depth is sometimes shared by owners who live onsite in a neighbouring property. Pool cannot be seen from owners property. Privacy however is assured. Children''s play area. BBQ.

Exposed woodwork within the high quality interior is enhanced by modern amenities. Ground floor: sitting room with comfortable sofa, open fire and TV. Dining area with large table and well equipped kitchen behind bar area. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Sep WC. Stairs to first floor. Bed 1: 2 singles (can be pushed together to make double) with en-suite shower and WC, low windows, care needed. Bed 2: single. Bed 3: 2 singles with spiral stairs (Japanese style, open on the side) to mezzanine area with a further 2 singles. (One is more suitable for children). Beds 2 and 3 are connected by bathroom /WC. Bed 4: 2 single (can be double)with en-suite shower and WC. Bed 5: 2 singles with en-suite shower/ WC. Bed 6: 2 singles (can be double) with en-suite shower and WC. Cot and highchair on request. Linen included. Anyday start, 7 night min stay (Saturday arrival in August 2009).

Pets Allowed. Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
