Very pleasant single storey villa in residential cul-de-sac on edge of village. Sunny private pool area with plenty of space for sunbathing 7.5 x 3.5 x 1.20m depth with security alarm. Enclosed gardens consists of a south facing terrace at front with further sitting area under the trees. Large mature trees in the grounds provide welcome shade in the heat of the summer. BBQ.

The interior is charmingly decorated in warm Provençal colours, comfortable, compact and well maintained with a pleasant easy layout, ideal for a small family. Ground floor consists of a fully equipped Provençal style kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, dining table and chairs. Spacious living room with air conditioning unit comprises a leather corner sofa, glassed in fireplace, TV/DVD player and French windows to terrace. Bed 1: double with large wardrobe and doors to front terrace. Bed 2: 2 singles. Bed 3: 2 singles. Shower/WC. Washing machine and dryer in garage. Travel cot on request.
