Situated in the Las Coloradas area of Playa Blanca just 5 min drive from the wonderful Papagayo beaches and the traditional resort centre, main beach and superb new marina (where there are many stylish bars and restaurants), this charming modern and very comfortable house offers spacious accommodation as well as scenic views of the sea and Fuerteventura from its sun terraces and large private pool (8m x 4m, depth 1m to 1.8m, heated in winter). An ideal choice for romantic couples and honeymooners.

The area is also very convenient for visiting Timanfaya National Park, Teguise golf course or exploring the island.

One storey. Spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV/DVD and CD player and patio doors opening onto the pool, fitted kitchen with hob/oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Double bedroom, large bathroom with bath, separate shower and two washbasins. An extra bed can be provided for one child.

Twice weekly cleaning and weekly linen change. Pool heating included Nov - Apr, £12 per day if required between May - Oct. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
