Situated in a quiet cul de sac in the popular residential area of Los Mojones, Casa Nova offers everything you need for a quiet relaxing holiday. The old town and harbour of Puerto del Carmen with its good selection of fish restaurants, shops and bars is approximately 10 minutes walk, with the nightlife and long sandy beach just 5 min further on. Car hire is not essential here.
The villa is in an elevated position and enjoys mountain and sea views from its pretty landscaped and very private garden. The style of the villa is modern rustic with all rooms opening out on to the sun terrace with private swimming pool (7m x 4m, depth 1.3m – 1.6m with roman steps - pool is heated in Winter and can be heated between May-Oct for a charge of £12 per day, if required).
Two storeys. Ground floor - Entrance to elevated dining area with large wooden table and chairs; steps down to comfortable lounge with fireplace, leather sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, portable music system with CD player, terrace doors to pool; large twin bedroom; shower room; spacious fitted kitchen with 4 ring electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and breakfast bar, terrace doors to pool area; hallway leading to double bedroom with en suite shower room, master bedroom with wooden floor, large walk in wardrobe, patio doors to pool area and en suite bathroom with corner bath, separate shower, 2 wash basins, toilet and bidet. Large open and covered terraces with sea views, sun beds, shower, built in BBQ surrounded by large garden. Lower floor - basement twin bedroom with shower room, w. c and washhand basin; large utility area with sink, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Maid service is provided twice weekly, with weekly linen change. Minimum Stay 7 nights, arrive any day.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
