A beautifully appointed, air conditioned house, furnished with great style and taste, Villa Casa Blanca is the perfect choice for larger parties or family groups. It stands in its own ‘astroturf’ lawned gardens with a kidney-shaped private pool surrounded by ample terraces with splendid views of the sea and the island of La Gomera. The main house has cool marble floors throughout and many special decorative touches, and has a real ‘home from home’ feel. Casa Blanca is located in a residential area of Callao Salvaje, just 5 min walk from a supermarket, shops, bars and a handful of restaurants. A taxi rank and a bus stop are just 5 min walk away. A pebble and sand beach is about 5 min walk from here where you will find a jetty that is ideal for fishing or maybe snorkeling.

The bustling resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are just 10 min drive from here where you will find sandy beaches and a host of other entertainments including water parks and theme parks. For golfers, both the Costa Adeje and Abama golf course complexes are only a 10 min drive away and also nearby there is a tennis and fitness club.

The main house (sleeping 8 plus 2 children), garden and pool are reached by a flight of steps from the road and entrance gate, passing a separate studio (sleeping 2 plus 1 child), which is not let separately but is ideal for teenagers, a nanny, making Casa Blanca an ideal choice for larger families looking for a superior villa in Tenerife. The private swimming pool (8m x 3m, depth 1m to 1.5m with Roman steps, heated in winter) is bordered by sun terraces accessed through patio doors from the lounge. There is also a BBQ, rooftop solarium and safe.

Main House: Lounge/dining room with ceiling fan, British satellite TV, Playstation 2 console, DVD and CD players. Luxury fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Washing machine in utility room.2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and 2 twins along with a further shower room. There is also a double sofa bed for children. All bedrooms in the main house have air conditioning at no extra charge

Studio: Accessed separately below the main house, with double bed and a sofa bed for a child. Shower/WC. Kitchenette with hob, microwave and fridge.

Cleaning and linen change weekly, towels changed twice. Pool towels provided. . Pool heating included Nov – Apr, £9 per day if required May – Oct.

Minimum stay 7 nights, Arrive any day.
