Ideally situated just 700m from the pretty village and marina of Porto Petro, 4 km from Cala d’Or and just 1.5 km from the beautiful, unspoiled beaches and turquoise waters of Cala Mondrago natural park, Casa Andres is ideal for families who want to be close to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. This traditionally furnished, spacious villa borders the open countryside at the rear, and has a delightful private swimming pool (9m x 4m, depth 1m to 1.8m, with roman steps), surrounded by sun terraces, lawns and a BBQ/shaded dining terrace.

The many amenities and sandy coves of Cala d’Or are easily reached, whilst the waterfront bars and restaurants of Porto Petro are enchanting in the evening. Cala Mondrago is one of the great beauty spots of the Mediterranean and if you like crystal clear waters and undeveloped beaches, this is a truly idyllic spot.

One storey. A gated driveway leads to a shaded veranda at the front of the villa. Doors then lead into a dining room with satellite TV, CD and DVD players, kitchen with full cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave (washing machine outside). Double bedroom with doors opening onto the pool area and ensuite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and further bathroom. The pool, BBQ and sun terraces are at the rear of the villa, overlooking fields. All bedrooms have fans. Free safe.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
