Situated in a quiet residential area of the Mijas Golf development, Caroline is an attractive, spacious villa set in extensive lawned gardens overlooking the 6th fairway of the golf course. Comfortably furnished in a bright, modern style, this is a good choice for a holiday villa in a much sought after location. The beach and many amenities of Fuengirola are just 6 km away, whilst there are a handful of restaurants within 10 min walk of the villa.

One storey. Hallway leads to lounge/dining room with fireplace, ceiling fan, satellite TV, DVD and CD players, plus patio doors onto shaded veranda. Fitted kitchen with full cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom and separate shower cubicle. Two twin bedrooms each with ceiling fan. Further full bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and heated at no extra cost. From the veranda steps lead down to the private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 0.9m to 1.9m, with roman steps), sun terraces, BBQ and lawned garden.

Weekly cleaning and linen change.

Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day, except between 26 Jun - 10 Sep 2010, when Saturday changeover.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
