Travel around the popular seaside resorts and gorgeous hilltop villages and towns and sample the wonderful food and wine in the many restaurants and beachside cafés. An excellent year-round holiday location. Buses and taxis are readily available at Nice International airport, 27 km.

A newly-built ground floor apartment in an impressive building located in the popular area of Cannes. Entry gates, a shared landscaped garden and lovely fenced shared pool 10m x 6m x1.5m depth, provide a secure and attractive setting. Extra shared changing facilities for pool users. (Children must be aware of steps in garden). Secure underground parking.

Interior all newly furnished and equipped in a pleasing contemporary style using pale colours and pretty lighting. Equipped for year-round comfortable living with air-conditioning if required. L-shaped living area with 2 sofas, flatscreen satellite TV, DVD and CD players, dining furniture and kitchen area with dishwasher and washing machine. Leading off this is a covered patio with garden furniture. Bed 1: king-size. Bed 2: double. Bathroom. Sep WC. Folding bed, cot and high chair on request. Any day start (Saturday arrival in July and August), 7 night min stay.
