Set into the hillside above Callian lies this secluded, but not isolated, south facing villa. Breath taking views over Montauroux and the Esterel are two of the key features of this house. Large stone and wooden terraces surround the private infinity, solar heated, swimming pool 9 x 4.5 x 1.4 - 2.4m depth. Covered terrace and large dining table. BBQ. Parking for 3 cars.

Large open plan lounge/dining area surrounded by windows opening out onto the pool and terraces, flat screen TV (some English channels), DVD home cinema system, wireless Internet access. Through to well equipped kitchen that has washing machine and dishwasher. Bed 1: master double bedroom with stunning views and ensuite multi-jet shower room. Stairs from lounge lead to first floor and Bed 2: double with doors to terrace. Bed 3: twin with doors to terrace. Bathroom/WC has sunken bath and one way window from which to enjoy the hillside views.

Saturday changeover. Sorry no pets. No smoking property. Unfortunately children under 8 years old are not permitted at this property due to the landscape.
