Handily situated in the countryside close (800m) to the hamlet of San Agustin (where are a few bars and small shops), just 3km from San Jose and 4km from the bright lights of San Antonio, this pretty and tradional country house has lots of charm to complement its excellent amenities. Ca'n Margalida has been beautifully restored and tastefully furnished to offer high levels of comfort as well as air conditioning in all the main rooms, including the kitchen. The private swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 1m to 2m)is surrounded by spacious sun terraces which lead to a lovely shaded dining terrace with BBQ – a perfect spot for relaxing both in the daytime and at night. There are several beaches 7-8 km distant.

One storey. Spacious lounge/dining room with fireplace, TV and DVD player and patio doors opening onto the pool and terraces, superb kitchen/diner with microwave and dishwasher (washing machine in utility room), three double bedrooms, one full bathroom and a further shower/WC with hydro massage shower. Car port.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Min stay 7 nights, arrive any day from 1 May - 22 May and 25 Sept – 31 October. Saturday changeover only 29 May - 24 Sep.
