Single storey villa on a residential hillside known locally as “La Montagne” above Beaune, set in large well maintained wooded grounds, with views to the rooftops of Beaune. Private swimming pool 10 x 4 x 1.2-2m depth with retractable security cover which can be opened on warm days or left closed to keep the water warm in cooler weather. BBQ.

The interior has an easy layout with comfortable furnishings. Large sitting/dining room open fire and satellite TV/DVD. French windows lead to terrace and pool area, whilst at the rear there is a glassed in verandah. Fully equipped fitted kitchen with breakfast table, microwave and dishwasher.
