Delightful restored family house set in a rural location overlooking vineyard. The semi detached house is part of a large Mas and the adjoining house is not normally occupied. Terrace for outside dining. Enclosed landscaped garden with well maintained lawns, shrubs and trees. Private swimming pool with security immersion alarm 7 x 4.5 x 1.5m depth. BBQ.
