Villa Ana is a most comfortable and tastefully decorated villa set in a hillside location just 3 km from the beach, shops and restaurants of the coast road between Moraira (6 km) and Calpe (7 km). Its elevated position affords splendid views of the coastline from its balcony and conservatory, whilst spacious sun terraces and a BBQ border the large private swimming pool (10m x 4m, depth 1m to 1.8m). There is a BBQ with a bar beside the pool, perfect for al fresco evenings when the sun has gone down.

House is in one level, with 18 steps down to the parking area and 14 further down to the pool area and sun terraces. Entrance via a balcony and large conservatory into a spacious lounge/dining room with TV and DVD, Internet connexion and fire place. Fitted kitchen with full cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Further double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Next to the conservatory is a balcony, perfect for a sunny breakfast. Central heating for cooler months.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday arrivals 17 July - 27 August, Tue or Sat arrivals (for 7, 10, 11, 14 nights etc) at other times.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
