Delightful and unusual C18th stone farmhouse in three parts, one detached, converted to offer spacious accommodation on a quiet lane at the edge of small hamlet. Large secluded and enclosed garden with trees for shade on those hot days, lawns, covered swing seat and small pond with low fence surround. Access via gate with padlock to heated pool 10 x 5 x 1-2m depth with security perimeter alarm, paved surround and lovely pergola. Wooden barn used for storage, no access to clients. Two terraces for outdoor dining. BBQ.

House tastefully furnished throughout. Attractive living room with original terracotta tiles, rugs, open fire, beamed ceilings, stonewalls, comfortable large sofas and TV/video/DVD. Dining area with oak refectory table and 8 chairs. Large farmhouse kitchen with door to garden, fitted units, wood-burner, table and 4 chairs, dishwasher, hob and oven with grill. Large bath/WC. Utility room with washing machine, microwave and freezer. Adjoining building with hallway and staircase to first floor, Bed 1: king-size. Bed 2: double and a single. Detached cottage a few metres away with entrance lobby leading to Bed 3: 2 singles. Bed 4: double. Shower/WC. Téléséjour phone. Cot and highchair available on request. Anyday arrival day 7 night min stay, except for July and August when a Saturday arrival day applies.
