This recently built, very pretty villa is situated at the top of a hill with fantastic views over the countryside and down to the sea from its swimming pool (6m x 3m, depth 1m to 2m, with roman steps) and sun terraces. With a backdrop of mountains and no other house in the immediate vicinity, Algarrobo is very private and romantic. The village of Frigiliana (with a small selection of shops and restaurants) is just over 3 km away, whilst the beach and many amenities of Nerja are just 12-15 min drive away. Inside, the house is cosy, comfortable and very well equipped. The lounge and bedrooms are all air-conditioned and heated at no extra charge, making this an ideal choice at any time of year. The house is reached via a short but steep concreted track, with easy flat parking just behind the villa.

Two storeys. Lounge/dining room with enclosed fireplace, basic satellite TV and DVD, open-plan kitchen with full cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher (washing machine outside by BBQ). Half flight of stairs down to a twin bedroom with shower/WC. Stairs up from lounge to double bedroom and shower/WC. BBQ to side of the house.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover 24 Jul - 27 Aug 2010, any day arrivals at other times.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
