Set between York and Thirsk in Herriot country White Rose is ideal for exploring the delights of North Yorkshire Scarborough and Whitby. Lightwater Valley Theme Park and North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway are within easy reach.

The owners and other occupants on site were very friendly and helpful and there was oplenty of space for the dog too. The on site pub served excellent food and an even better price. I recommend going up to the Yorkshire gliding club as our 2 children experienced a wonderful flight. I will definitely be going back as it is ideally located for numerous horseracing tracks. " |

The location was excellent and very central to all popular tourist attractions and cattered well to our family of 2'4 and 6 year old children.
