"A great park with superb accommodation. The Terrace Restaurant was excellent with wonderful food and service. A lovely walk to beach through woods but hard work back! A fantastic family holiday and will look to come back again." |

"This was a fantastic site. We had a home with a hot tub which was an instant hit! The facilities are excellent and Portreath is nearby although a shop on site would be good to save on the trek up the hill. Nearby beaches such as Godrevy were excellent and it was a good base to tour both the North and South coasts of Cornwall. The Terrace offered great food and a good atmosphere. Our kids want to come again!" |

"Gwel an Mor is perfectly situated for exploring the southern areas of Cornwall. It has a perfectly good beach for surfing and rock pooling just 2 minutes drive down the road or a 10 minute walk if you are not lazy! The facilities on this beach are good as well - a nice surf shop with wetsuit hire and all you need for the beach and there are other good sandy beaches just a short drive away. The setting at Gwel an Mor is very peaceful and quiet and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have the Terrace Restaurant which served beautiful food for a treat. Plenty of supermarkets nearby to stock up on self-catering items and some nice little local shops in Portreath. We will definitely being going back again." |
