| "I would recommend this park to anyone from familes couples or singles this holiday park is just as good or better than the likes of Haven and Park Resorts. It is right on the doorstep to the local shops and fairground attractions and 10 minutes for Ingoldmells which is a must see place. I will be definitely be coming back to this place in the near future!" |

| "It's ideally sited no more than a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre. For those with walking difficulties the park/town is all level ground with good public transport. Eating out is inexpensive and you are spoilt for choice with things to see and do its up to you. A great place for families old or young Skegness and the local area has it all!" |

| "All staff on site including night staff were helpful and great with the kids you pushed into buying things as on most holiday parks you could just do your own thing. No sign of trouble with kids drinking. Overall a great park and only 10 mins walk to get into main town. " |

| "I stayed for a long weekend with my wife 2 children and parents in a static caravan. The Richmond was ideally situated close to the attractions of Skegness so the car was not needed for the duration of the stay. The staff and facilities were excellent at the Richmond and my kids loved the entertainment provided on an evening excellent value for money and I would recommend it to others. " |
