Nestling at the foot of the dramatic Skiddaw Mountain on the shores of Bassenthwaite Lake these superb lodges offer an idyllic setting in one of the Lake District's most gloriously unspoilt areas. Breathtaking views tranquil surroundings and wonderful walks are yours to enjoy.

| "You would have to go a long way to find a more spectacular setting in which to base yourself. Our kids had a great time sailing their boats swimming and fishing in the lake and generally being free range. The location is ideally placed for walking or sight-seeing around the lakes. The park never felt crowded and the accommodation is to a good standard it even had its own coat/boot room. This was one holiday we didn't want to end but sadly it did so we are booking again for next year!" |
