This prestigious development of holiday cottages and apartments offers the ideal getaway for short breaks and holidays at any time of the year. Set within 150 acres of landscaped parkland this exciting holiday resort has nearly 600 metres of frontage onto a safe and sandy beach. Regarded as one of the UK's most vibrant and impressive premier coastal holiday villages on the East coast. The Bay hosts a public house which opens daily and offers a warm welcome and good quality food.
The heart of the Victorian resort of Filey is just 3 miles away with shops restaurants and award winning gardens and museum the friendly atmosphere and traditional seaside charm has made it a holiday favourite for many years. The larger vibrant resort of Scarborough 'Britain's first seaside resort' is only a short drive up the coastline. The Bay affords guests easy access for visiting the countless attractions the area has to offer and is a great base for exploring the breathtaking Yorkshire coastline North Yorkshire Moors and the historic city of York just 40 miles away.

| "I would recomend The Bay holiday cottages to anyone immaculately clean and presented a pub on site with good food (no need to drink and drive) and a beach within walking distance on site but not for the infirm as there is a hill. Parking is close to your cottage door. We can't think of one unsatisfactory thing about the park or staff and can't wait to go again. " |
