Waterville only 2.5 miles offers lots of outdoor activities including 2 golf courses one of which is the best Links in the country. There is excellent fishing on the popular Lough Currane. There are lots of water activities including surfing, canoeing, kayaking etc on the long sandy beach. Shop. Pub. Restaurant 2½ miles. Sandy Beach 2½ miles.
