Set in extensive grounds comprising garden and woodland with access to Binsey Fell it has the advantage of many other walking opportunities from the doorstep. High Ireby is the location. A hamlet on the northern fringe of the National Park and a very quiet, peaceful area with easy access to Carlisle and the Solway Firth.
