Accommodation

A single storey detached barn within the grounds of Treligga Farm Cottages, slightly set apart from the main courtyard yet within easy reach via a gated path. The cottage was once a stable housing the pony which pulled the family in their trap to market, but now offers warm and cosy, double glazed accommodation all year round.

The front door leads through a small sunroom into a pretty beamed living room with partial sea views, a fitted kitchen area, comfortable seating and dining space. Leading off the hall is a bathroom W.C. with shower over a whirlpool bath and hand basin, and at the opposite end, two steps lead down to an attractive beamed double bedroom with a four poster bed and wash basin and a large window looking out across the countryside towards the sea.

There is a small patio adjacent to the cottage and ample parking is also provided. Port Isaac 6 miles and Delabole 3 miles have a selection of local shops and public houses.
