This delightful holiday home is a tasteful split-level conversion of a granite stone barn with a conservatory, barbeque area, games room and pool table. It is part of a group of three converted barns, so ideal for larger parties (terraced to properties 4204,4205 with 4184 adjacent - will accommodate up to 12 persons). It is set in a quiet courtyard adjacent to the owner's home within 4.5 acres of mature gardens. Attractively furnished inside, it has a galleried bedroom and sun porch. This is a most attractive base for touring the south east of Ireland. Shop. Pub 1½ miles. Restaurant 2 miles. Beach 20 miles. GF: lounge/kitchen/diner, sun room. FF: double, shower room.
