This property is located as a working fruit and a cattle, sheep and fruit farm with its own child friendly donkey to keep the kids entertained. Being only 9km from Lismore (winner of Ireland's tidiest town and has a duke of Devonshire castle) and 28 miles from Cork this makes this home an ideal base to explore the counties of Waterford, Cork, Tipperary and Wexford. Salmon and trout fishing is available on the River Bride. Shop 0 yards. Pub. Restaurant 1½ miles. Beach 10 miles.
