This delightful cosy cottage just oozing with character and charm is located 2.5 miles from the village of Kilrane, ten minutes from Rosslare and 2.5 hours from Dublin. Situated on a working farm, yet within walking distance of the beach. Originally one of the farm buildings, the cottage has been transformed into a stylish retreat. It is comfortable and tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Horse riding is within half a mile, golf at St Helens is just round the corner and fishing is at the end of the lane. The cottage makes an excellent base for seeing the whole of Wexford, Waterford and Kilkenny. Shop. Pub 2½ miles. Beach 170 yards. GF: lounge/kitchen/diner, double, single, shower room.
