At nearby Kilcummin pier you can buy fresh fish in the evenings. This area has an abundance of historic sites - Ceide fields, Downpatrick Head, megalithic tombs, stone circles, all waiting to be explored. It is a quiet area so walking and cycling are highly recommended. The sandy beaches are vast and largely unpopulated. Fishing trips can be arranged locally or for a faster pace head into Ballina for great pubs, restaurants and shopping. Shop 7 miles. Pub 1 mile. Restaurant 7 miles. Beach 2 miles. GF: lounge/diner, kitchen, double, twin, bathroom with shower over bath.
