Set near the owner’s home on their smallholding it offers a wonderful location for year round holidays with superb walking and bird watching on the doorstep. The historic market town of Ruthin (2 miles) has a fine selection of shops pubs and restaurants whilst the mountains of Snowdonia and city of Chester are within an hour’s drive. Entrance hall. Well equipped kitchen with breakfast area. Charming beamed sitting room with wood burning stove and dining area. Snug with sofa bed (for + 1). Shower room/WC. First floor: Two double bedrooms one with 5’ bed. Single bedroom with sloping ceiling. Bathroom/WC with slipper bath (shower attachment).
