Granary Barn is in a delightful location, found tucked away in a tiny picturesque hamlet just ten minutes from the popular village of Braunton and just a little further from the fabulous beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe. With reverse level accommodation and astonishingly spacious living area, this beautifully converted traditional stone barn features a stunning "roundhouse" living room with vaulted ceiling, stripped wooden floor and welcoming wood-burner. French doors open onto a rear patio and fully enclosed lawns with fabulous country views making this the perfect spot for leisurely al fresco meals with plenty of space for children to run and play. An expansive open plan kitchen / dining room also features stripped wooden flooring and benefits from an additional seating / play area with TV and French door out into the garden. Three attractive bedrooms are found off the entrance hall on the lower level, the master having an ensuite shower room and the further double and twin bedrooms being served by a large family bathroom. A convenient utility room is also on this level, ideal for your walking boots. Furnished with flair, combining a modern contemporary styling with original features throughout, you will be thrilled by this really special holiday home.
