Standing on 75 acres of forestry with walking trails and picnic areas and within two miles of Keale Bridge on the River Blackwater. Long sandy beaches are just over one hours drive, and within three miles there is regular Ceilidh and Irish music with bands playing the local hotel. Shop. Pub 2½ miles. Beach 30 miles.
