This stunning, individual house has incredible views across to Brittas Bay. The huge picture windows in the lounge flood the property with light, with great views from the American style open-plan kitchen/living room. This area is renowned for its Blue Flag beaches, golfing and angling. It is close to both Arklow and Wicklow, with all their amenities. Makes a great touring base. Shop 1½ miles. Pub 1 mile. Beach 2 miles. GF: lounge/diner, kitchen/diner, utility room, 2 doubles 1 with ensuite jacuzzi (shower over bath) 1 with ensuite shower room, 2 twins, bathroom with shower over bath. Oil and electricity by meter read, There is 55 units of oil heating free each week and the oil is meter read after this:, open fire with starter pack, linen and towels included, hairdryer, alarm clock, high chair, travel cot, TV, sky, dvd player, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, w/machine, dryer, partially enclosed garden, garden furniture, bbq, private off road parking.
